Step 1: Client Meeting
This can be done via computer or teleconference and states the requirements and details of the project. Submit dates, 3D visualization perspectives, textures, lighting, landscaping, furniture and other options will be discussed with the client based on size and scope of the project.
Step 2: Process Submit
This is a submit that includes base rendering work that shows the framework of the project for client approval. Upon client meeting, detailed instructions for revisions, notes and markups can be sent back to us.
Note: Step 2 can be repeated as many times as necessary to finalize architectural and interior design for the client.
Step 3: Finalized Rendering Package
Upon the client's final approval we will provide a final 3D rendering package including all details discussed in the client meeting. Upon delivery of the rendering package (or final process submittal depending on services requested) the client firm will be billed and given a 30-day payable period.
