Converting napkin sketches or client ideas to conceptual drawings can be performed by architectrio early in the design phase. These drawings can be used to help work out design issues from the start, resulting in fewer changes and redlines at the end of the project when time is of the essence. This step helps give architectrio clarity of the clients design ideas for future phases of the project.
3D representations will be constructed through computer aided design drawings. This phase allows for different parts of the design to be viewed in relationship to one another from many different angles. These models can be made available to the client if requested. The ability to pan around and analyze the project in three dimensions makes a strong impression on end clients and again clarifies design features.
We will work with the designer and client to make sure that the surfaces are correctly represented in the model. Materials, textures, furniture and their locations will be design aspects discussed and approved during this phase.
We can issue several test renderings to insure the client is satisfied with the design. Working in 3D allows for viewing angles and context settings to be changed relatively quickly with accuracy. Lighting conditions, background scenes, and viewing angles will all be discussed and approved by the architect per client request.
